Folder Holy Christmas MMXXV

The Philatelic and Numismatic Marketing Office is pleased to present to collectors the Folder issued by the Postal and Philatelic Service on the occasion of the Solemnity of Holy Christmas 2025. The Folder contains two souvenir envelopes featuring, in the illustration, two details from the Adoration of the Shepherds, a tapestry preserved in the Vatican Museums and based on a cartoon by the School of Raphael. The envelopes are respectively franked with the €1.30 (€1.30 – Envelope PV/146A) and €1.35 (€1.35 – Envelope PV/146B) stamps from the Holy Christmas MMXXV series, issued on 7 November 2025. The envelopes bear the special die emissionis postmark, which also reproduces a detail from the Flemish tapestry Adoration of the Shepherds (Vatican Museums), depicting the Child lying in the manger. The postmark is completed by the inscriptions “SANTO NATALE MMXXV – 25 DICEMBRE 2025” and “POSTE VATICANE”
