Malta, Canada, Kazakhstan and Bahrain are the countries outside Italy visited by Pope Francis in 2022.The miniature sheet produced for the occasion designed by Marco Ventura features four panels, evocative moments from the four aforementioned journeys: Saint Paul’s Grotto in Rabat for the visit to Malta; the meeting with a Native American during the journey to Canada; the Qazaq Concert Hall for the visit to Kazakhstan; and the Cathedral of Our Lady of Arabia visited in Bahrain. In the centre of the value is a representation of Pope Francis.
